All Sales are Final:

Except as otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law, your subscription fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining time in your current subscription period. 

Service Access:

Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle. 

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If a refund is issued in one instance, we are under no obligation to do so again in the future.
